This return and refund policy indicate the context in which you are eligible for a return and/or a refund on your order. This policy covers our online sales.

How many days do I have to return my item?

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept the return of an unused product within 7 days of delivery. The 7-day window starts on the day you effectively receive the item at your delivery location.

To notify us of your return, please contact our customer support team through live chat or email. Once we are informed of your intent to return your order, you will have 3 days to send us back the item from the date of your return notification to us.

What type of refund can I expect?

Please allow 5-7 days for your return to be processed.

Once the returned product is received, then your refund issue to your source payment method which you have done during checkout or RED WALLET (Which is available on our website, using this wallet balance you can use the full amount on your next purchase)

  • We may not refund the shipping cost for an order that is partially returned. (
  • The refunded amount should be reflected within 5-7 days in your bank account or payment source.
  • Amounts discounted by the Promo code or Cashback will not be refunded. Also, Cash On Delivery (COD) charges are not refundable.
  • We have the right to cancel your order in some cases.

Red Label will not issue refunds for products purchased through Amazon and our affiliates or entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

And We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
